Hotel and flight together: how a package is built, changed and paid
A package is the hotel and the flights for one trip, chosen together. It is still made of separate parts, and knowing where the seams are makes it easier to buy.

What a package includes
A hotel and flight package is one trip — where, when and who is going — with a hotel and flights chosen for it. The offer says what it includes, part by part: the hotel by name, the flights by airline, and anything that was left out or not found.
Each part keeps its own terms. The hotel has its room, its board and its cancellation deadline. Each flight has its fare, its bags and its refund and change rules. A package puts them side by side; it does not merge them into one set of conditions.
Changing a part
You do not have to take the package as it is.
- Change the hotel. Choose another hotel or room for the same dates; the flights stay.
- Change a flight. Choose another outbound or return flight. The other flight stays as it is wherever the supplier allows, and the offer says "other leg changes too" where it cannot.
If a swap does not go through, the package stays exactly as it was. Nothing changes until the new part is really in the plan.
Reading the price
A hotel's price is for all nights and all guests. A flight's price is the total for everyone travelling, with the price per traveller beside it. Before you book, open the offer's lines: each part is listed with its own price, which is the clearest way to see where the money goes.
Prices are read live and can move until you book. If a price has changed since you chose it, the booking page says so and leaves the decision to you.
Paying: one payment per booking
The hotel and the flights are separate bookings with the supplier, and each one is paid on its own secure page. So a package is paid in more than one step.
- After each payment the page says how many are paid and how many are left, with a button for the next one.
- The booking is complete only once every part is paid.
- If a supplier can no longer sell a part, the page says which, and that you were not charged for it.
- If a payment goes through but the booking is not yet confirmed, do not pay again; we come back to you.
Before you book
- Read the hotel's cancellation deadline, and whether the room can be cancelled at all. See free cancellation.
- Read each flight's fare rules. Some fares cannot be cancelled or changed through us, and the flight says so. See how to read a flight.
- Check that the flights and the hotel dates meet: a flight that lands after midnight needs the room from the night before if you want a bed when you arrive.

What if one payment goes through and the booking is not confirmed?
Do not pay again. The page says so, and we come back to you. If a supplier reports that nothing was charged, nothing left your card and you can try again.
