Terms of Use
Rahlio is a vacation planning platform. We build your plan, show prices sourced from suppliers, and hand you off to book with them — the booking and payment happen with the supplier.

What the service does
Rahlio collects your trip requirements, queries travel and information providers, and produces vacation plans covering flights, stay, activities, a daily itinerary and a budget estimate.
The service is a planning and comparison tool. We are not a travel agency selling you the travel services themselves.
Booking and payment
When you choose to book, we send you to the relevant supplier. The contract, payment, confirmation, changes and cancellations are all with that supplier and subject to their terms.
Rahlio does not hold customer travel funds and is not a party to the transaction between you and the supplier.
Prices and availability
Prices are pulled from suppliers and labelled with the time they were checked. Prices and availability change frequently and are not guaranteed until the supplier confirms.
Where a component of a price is unknown, we present it as an estimate and never as a final price.
Commercial disclosure
Some supplier links earn us a commission if you book. The commission is paid by the supplier and does not increase your price.
Commission does not affect ranking: plans are ranked by fit to your request.
Entry and health information
Visa, passport, insurance and health information is provided as assistive information only, with its source and date.
You are responsible for verifying every requirement with the relevant official authority before travelling.
Acceptable use
No automated scraping, circumventing usage limits, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.
Liability
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we are not responsible for supplier-side changes, cancellations, delays, or loss arising from reliance on information that changed after it was checked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction in the competent Israeli courts.
