Accessibility Statement

1. Our commitment

1.1. We believe everyone should be able to plan and book travel independently. We work to make the Rahlio website and apps accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.

2. The standard we work to

2.1. We work to make the website conform to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, and we apply the WCAG 2.1 level AA success criteria. The apps for iOS and Android are built to the same criteria.

3. Adjustments we have made

3.1. Among other things:

• The website and apps are available in Hebrew and Arabic, written right to left, and in English, and each page declares its language to screen readers.
• Every page can be used with the keyboard, and a "skip to content" link at the top of each page leads straight to the main content.
• Pages have a clear structure: one main heading, headings in order, and marked regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
• Meaningful images have a text alternative, and form fields and buttons have labels.
• The layout adapts to any screen, from a phone to a large display, without sideways scrolling.
• The operating system’s "reduce motion" setting is respected.
• Buttons and links are large enough to tap, and text is kept at a readable size.
• Search results fill in place, without replacing the page, and a loading indicator appears only when a wait is noticeable.

4. How we check

4.1. Every page of the website is checked automatically at phone, tablet and desktop widths for sideways overflow, unlabelled controls, small tap targets, very small text and missing headings. We correct problems as they are found and as they are reported to us.

5. Known limitations

5.1. Despite our efforts, some parts are not yet fully accessible:

• Hotel descriptions and photographs come from our Suppliers and the hotels. Some photographs have no text description, and some descriptions are available only in English.
• The payment form is provided by the Supplier’s payment service and embedded in our page, so its accessibility depends on that provider. If you have difficulty paying, contact us and we will help you complete the booking.
• Maps are an aid only; each hotel’s address and details are also given as text on the hotel page.
• The PDF attached to a booking confirmation may not be fully accessible. The same information is available as an accessible web page through the link in the confirmation email.

5.2. We are working to remove these limitations.
