How commission accrues, when it can be withdrawn, and what happens when a sale falls through.

Standing
Agents act for and on behalf of Rahlio. The customer contracts with Rahlio, not with the agent, and every obligation to them is ours.
This document covers how commission is calculated, and nothing else. Your terms of employment — pay, status, tax and entitlements — are set by your employment agreement, not here.
How commission accrues
Commission is recorded when a customer you handled has paid their booking in full. A deposit alone earns nothing; the commission is recorded when payment completes.
The rate is fixed when the order is created and stored on it. Updating the rate table later does not change commission already recorded.
An individual rate can be set for you; without one, the house rate applies.
When you can withdraw
Commission becomes withdrawable after a holding period counted from departure. The reason is simple: until then the customer can still cancel, and the commission may have to come back.
You withdraw by request, from your available balance. One request can be open at a time, and you can cancel a request while nobody has acted on it.
A request is approved by a person and paid separately. Approval is not payment — it is permission to pay.
When a sale falls through
If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the commission on it is reversed. If it had already been paid to you, we deal with that with you directly rather than by automatic deduction.
Sales closed without an agent
A customer who books on their own earns no agent commission. The price they pay is the same either way, so you have no incentive to prevent them booking themselves.
Conduct
Never quote a customer a price, availability or cancellation term other than what the system shows. Never open a booking in a customer’s name without their explicit agreement.
Breach may forfeit commission and end the engagement, in addition to any other remedy at law.
