Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN) and Bergamo (BGY)
From Malpensa, the Malpensa Express train runs to Cadorna and Milano Centrale. Linate is close to the city, with a metro line into the centre. Bergamo, used by some low-cost airlines, is linked to Milano Centrale by buses. Check which airport your flight uses.
